MyHR Portal processes personal information on behalf of employers who use our platform. In most cases the employer is the data controller and MyHR Portal acts as a processor under their instructions.
Employment records, benefits elections, absence records and contact details supplied by the employer or entered by the employee. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Records are retained for the period specified in the customer agreement, subject to statutory minimums in the relevant jurisdiction. On termination, data is exported to the customer and deleted within 90 days.
Employees should direct access, correction and deletion requests to their employer in the first instance, as the employer determines how their records are used. Where we act as controller, contact [email protected].
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to personnel with a business need and reviewed periodically.
